Shojon

Shojon’s story begins in the royal borough of Greenwich, as a youth Shojon was immersed in all things music, Joining local church choir rehearsals and teaching himself basic keys at a civic center not far from his childhood home in Woolwich. Shojon (Real name John Shownmi) at the time known commonly as ‘SP‘ was recording local artists in his bedroom studio. Shojon like many others at the beginning of 2020 left with futures uncertain struggled with feelings of depression and high anxiety. Overcoming this Shojon wanted to help others do the same. In order to provide aid and support for all those facing mental health difficulties in this time of change, Shojon commissioned a limited run of the ‘Shojon Bar’ a milk chocolate bar to spread awareness and help fundraise for Mind Mental Health Charity.
