Sophie The Siren

Sophie was born Jennifer Sophie Vasquez Rodrigues on December 7, 1990 in Humacao, Puerto Rico. With her mother from Brazil and her father from Argentina she was exposed to music and culture at an early age. At 5 years old, she was already fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. At 5 years old they resided in the Midwest. This is where she fully transitioned into the American culture and also learned to speak English fluently. 
 As a young artist, Sophie rocked many stages, between piano recitals, singing at talent shows, dance competitions, cheerleading, gymnastics, sports, and acting in musical theater shows. At the age of 13, her family moved to South Florida. She was able to get back in touch with her Hispanic roots there, speaking more Spanish and Portuguese outside of her home. During her time in Florida she was invited to sing the "National Anthem" for many sporting, political, and charity events. She still continues to pursue her dream of impacting people with her beautiful voice.
